Neil Dispirito is a former Big Law attorney, who founded DiSpirito Law. Neil has more than two decades experience helping pharmaceutical, medical device, biologics and life science clients comply with US and international drug, biological and medical device law. His practice focuses on providing product approval, regulatory, commercial and enforcement defense counsel to companies. Neil has litigated against the F.D.A. and negotiated with its Office of General Counsel. Neil handles licensing, labeling, managed care, market access, F.D.A. enforcement defense, civil claims, consent decrees, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and supply chain. Neil negotiates with regulatory authorities to launch products and manage them throughout the product life cycle. Neil also teaches pharmaceutical, biologic and medical device law at the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI) and to F.D.A.’s newly hired attorneys and reviewers.
